We are an international consulting and investment group seeking a seasoned
Project Director / PMO Lead
to oversee large-scale strategic initiatives and ensure project excellence across multiple business units. This is a
remote leadership position
, ideal for professionals with extensive project governance and stakeholder management experience.


Only candidates currently living in Switzerland (Swiss citizens or valid residence/work permit holders) will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring consistent governance and delivery standards
  • Define and implement project frameworks, processes, and performance metrics
  • Manage a portfolio of complex cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and oversight to project managers and coordinators
  • Report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership
  • Drive alignment between project execution and corporate strategic goals


Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related disciplines
  • 8+ years of experience in project/program management or PMO leadership
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (German/French a strong plus)
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and remote team experience
