Role OverviewAs the Managing Director, Europe, you will be the senior leader responsible for the full European business unit. Building on strong foundations in Switzerland; regulatory certification, early clinical and commercial traction, established partnerships, and a world-class technical team. You will shape and execute the strategy that expands Myant's footprint across Switzerland, the DACH region, the UK, and the Nordics.
You will manage and grow the Zurich-based team (approx. 10 people), oversee revenue generation, drive new market entry, and ensure commercial excellence. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with global leadership across product, R&D, operations, and go-to-market. Supported by both commercial revenue and strategic investment, your mandate includes scaling the European commercial organization with a strong focus on clinical sales, B2B partnerships, and an expanding direct-to-patient (D2C) offering.
This is a rare opportunity to lead the European growth of a breakthrough medical platform at a moment of strong momentum. You may also contribute to Myant's ambitious fundraising efforts by supporting strategic planning, investor discussions, and commercial due diligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Myant's European commercial organization with focus on clinical sales, B2B enterprise partnerships, and D2C growth.
- Define and execute the European go-to-market strategy across Switzerland, DACH, the UK, and the Nordics.
- Own the regional P&L, forecasting, and performance management.
- Collaborate with the CEO on strategic initiatives, including fundraising preparation and commercial storytelling.
- Shape and deploy innovative business models such as pay-per-study, subscription, and managed service models.
- Manage and mentor a sales-focused, customer-facing team.
- Expand the team gradually in line with commercial traction and market needs.
- Build a culture of ownership, clarity, collaboration, and a strong can-do attitude.
- Lead clinical sales among cardiologists, hospitals, GP networks, and integrated care providers.
- Drive B2B sales with large healthcare systems, insurers, and enterprise partners.
- Accelerate Myant's direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategy by consumerizing preventive heart screening and creating simple, engaging patient journeys, from online education to at-home cardiac evaluation.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to scale digital acquisition channels, leveraging online advertising, performance marketing, and Myant's SKIIN website to drive demand, conversion, and customer onboarding.
- Develop and optimize end-to-end D2C funnels, ensuring a seamless patient experience that bridges medical-grade diagnostics with consumer accessibility.
- Ensure strong downstream execution across onboarding, customer support, and long-term retention.
- Oversee MDR compliance, post-market surveillance, and quality responsibilities.
- Support clinical studies, real-world evidence generation, and KOL collaborations to strengthen clinical validation and reimbursement potential.
- Represent Myant at key medical congresses, innovation forums, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical KOLs, enterprise partners, investors, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Support investor conversations and commercial due diligence as needed.
- 10 years in medtech, diagnostics, digital health, or related sectors.
- Proven leadership in sales, marketing, and/or product-led commercial growth.
- Experience launching or scaling medical devices or digital health services in Europe.
- Demonstrated success with new business models and innovative go-to-market strategies.
- Experience working with North American (US/Canada) organizations is a plus.
- Fluency in English required; French, German, or other European languages are strong advantages.
- Degree in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, life sciences; MBA preferred.
- Strategic, entrepreneurial, and hands-on, with excellent communication skills and a resilient can-do mindset.
- Zurich region preferred. Remote consideration for outstanding candidates with established networks in relevant markets.
