Finance Director

The Remote Finance Director is responsible for managing the company's financial strategy and operations in a fully remote environment. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow, and compliance while collaborating closely with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the company's financial strategy and long-term planning
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
  • Lead and mentor accounting and finance teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
  • Experience working with executive teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: CHF CHF400.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
