Investment Professional – Corporate Finance & Capital Markets (VP / Director)

Our client, a Multi-family office is looking to hire a hands-on investment professional with strong execution experience across M&A, equity and debt capital markets. The role is transaction-driven, with direct exposure to entrepreneurs, management teams and institutional investors.

Role Overview

  • Execute and advise on M&A, ECM and DCM transactions across public and private markets
  • Support capital structure advisory, including equity raises, private placements and acquisition financing
  • Lead financial analysis, valuation and transaction due diligence
  • Work closely with founders, IBs, PE funds and institutional investors across Europe
  • Regular travel to London & Europe

Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets or Private Equity
  • Proven deal execution background (M&A and/or ECM/DCM)
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Fluent English required; German strongly preferred
