Dies ist die Gelegenheit, für eine dynamische Corporate Finance Beratungsfirma zu arbeiten, die Unternehmen und Entrepreneurs in der Schweiz sowie im Ausland unterstützt. Unsere Leidenschaft ist die Beratung dieser Kunden bei nationalen und internationalen Transaktionen wie Unternehmensverkäufen, Akquisitionen, Fusionen, Finanzierungen sowie Restrukturierungen.

Wir bieten eine spannende Arbeitsatmosphäre in einem Team, in dem Du direkt mit den vier Partnern in einem ergebnisorientierten Umfeld zusammenarbeitest. Da wir in kleinen Teams arbeiten, wirst Du in die M&A-Prozesse umfassend eingebunden. Du stehst in direkter Interaktion mit unseren Kunden und wirst zunehmend direkt Verantwortung von Teilaspekten von verkäufer- und käuferseitigen M&A und weiteren Corporate Finance Projekten übernehmen können.

Folgendes solltest Du mitbringen:

  • Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, bevorzugt mit einem Finance-Schwerpunkt
  • 2 – 4 Jahre Erfahrung in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Strategieberatung (Transaction Services) oder Private Equity
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und ein hoher Grad an Motivation, Einsatz und Professionalität
  • Fähigkeit unter Druck zu arbeiten; sehr gute analytische und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache, Englisch in Wort und Schrift (C1), Französisch von Vorteil
  • Fortgeschrittene Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit den Applikationen von MS Office
