Overview:

Our client, a leading global private bank, is seeking an experienced Executive Director / Managing Director level Private Banker to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of originating, managing, and growing portfolios of High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients, with a proven ability to attract new assets and deliver tailored wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


• Originate, acquire, and manage a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients across target markets.


• Actively hunt and onboard new clients, leveraging an established network and referral channels.


• Advise clients on holistic wealth management including investments, lending, estate planning, and other banking solutions.


• Collaborate with product specialists and internal partners to provide a comprehensive, bespoke client experience.


• Maintain full compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.


• Proactively monitor and grow Assets Under Management (AUM) through acquisition and retention strategies.


• Deliver consistent revenue generation and client satisfaction through strategic portfolio management.

Key Requirements:


• Minimum 12 years' experience in private banking, wealth management, or related financial services.


• Proven record of asset portability or the ability to move a significant book of clients (minimum USD 150M+ preferred).


• Strong commercial drive with a hunter mentality and entrepreneurial mindset.


• Deep understanding of investments, lending structures, and cross-border wealth planning.


• Exceptional relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; professional qualifications.
