We are currently hiring a German speaking
Regulatory Compliance Specialist
to support the development of a new, future-oriented financial institution. This position offers the opportunity to help build modern governance, risk, and compliance structures from the ground up. Candidates who enjoy taking responsibility, working in a dynamic environment, and actively contributing to the evolution of financial services will find this role well suited.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Establish and further develop a comprehensive compliance and risk management framework
  • Monitor regulatory adherence and prepare regular reports for senior decision-making bodies
  • Coordinate and organise meetings for governing committees
  • Review and update internal policies, guidelines, and operational processes
  • Support the development of tools and systems that ensure efficient regulatory oversight
  • Advance risk management methodologies and contribute to the internal control system
  • Assist in preparing documentation and structures required for regulatory approval procedures

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in business, law, or a related field, or further education in risk management or compliance
  • Strong interest in financial-sector topics and compliance-related functions
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for financial institutions
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and structured problem-solving
  • Strong analytical abilities combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
  • Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
  • Excellent German and English
    language skills; additional language skills are an advantage
