GMP Quality Systems Specialist - German & English speaking

About the Role:

As a
Quality Systems Specialist
, you will be an integral part of the quality and compliance team at site. You will contribute to maintaining and enhancing Quality Systems, focusing on Change Control, Non-Conformance, and CAPA processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively on local and globally led quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Subject Matter Experts and Site Key Users in
    quality system training and end-user support
  • Develop and maintain training materials tailored to evolving systems and regulatory requirements
  • Co-host weekly NC/CAPA review meetings and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement
  • Provide expert guidance on process and system inquiries, facilitating effective user adoption
  • Manage complex, diverse tasks with high attention to detail and timely delivery
  • Participate in global initiatives to advance quality systems efficiency and compliance

Your experience:

  • Experienced in Quality Assurance or Quality Systems within GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech settings
  • Well-organized, autonomous, with the ability to prioritize a diverse workload
  • Collaborative, flexible, and possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
