Quality Documentation Team
to strengthen our capabilities in
AI-assisted document modernization
within GMP environments.

Your Mission

As a
Quality Documentation Consultant
, you will play a central role in the quality transformation of GMP documentation by:

• Reviewing, classifying, and validating existing SOPs and related quality documents.
• Identifying redundancies, contradictions, and improvement opportunities.
• Supporting harmonization and modernization of documentation using structured digital methodologies.
• Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with established quality systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including AI specialists, process engineers, and QA leads.

Your Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in
  Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, or Documentation Management
  in a GMP-regulated environment (pharma, biotech, or medical devices).
• Hands-on experience with
  SOP writing, review, and change control
  .
• Solid understanding of
  GxP documentation principles
  .
• Fluent German
  skills (mandatory); English at a professional level.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working in dynamic, cross-disciplinary teams.
• Availability for occasional
  on-site collaboration in Germany
  .

Ihre Aufgaben

Als
Quality Documentation Consultant (m/w/d)
übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Transformation von GMP-Dokumentation:

• Review, Klassifizierung und Validierung bestehender SOPs und qualitätsrelevanter Dokumente.
• Identifikation von Redundanzen, Widersprüchen und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.
• Unterstützung bei Harmonisierung und Modernisierung mittels strukturierter, digitaler Methoden.
• Sicherstellung von Genauigkeit, Compliance und Ausrichtung an bestehenden Qualitätssystemen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams (u. a. AI-Spezialist:innen, Process Engineers, QA-Leads).

Ihr Profil

• 2–5 Jahre Erfahrung in
  Quality Assurance, Quality Systems
  oder
  Dokumentenmanagement
  in einer
  GMP-regulierten
  Umgebung (Pharma, Biotech oder Medizintechnik).
• Praxis in
  SOP-Erstellung, -Review und Change Control
  .
• Fundiertes Verständnis der
  GxP-Dokumentationsgrundsätze
  .
• Fliessendes Deutsch
  ;
  sehr gutes Englisch
  .
• Strukturierte, detailorientierte Arbeitsweise; wohl in dynamischen, interdisziplinären Teams.
• Bereitschaft zu
  gelegentlichen Einsätzen in Deutschland
  .
