We help our customers to diversify and to grow through the work of our consultants and the technical expertise of our Solution & Project Delivery Department. To strengthen our team in the German part of Switzerland, we are looking for a Quality Assurance engineer (M/F/X). About the Job Ensure daily manufacturing operations comply with GMP, quality, and safety standards. Participate in deviation management, CAPA, and change control processes. Review and approve batch records, SOPs, and validation documentation. Support root cause investigations and risk assessments. Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to quality and process robustness. Collaborate closely with production, engineering, QC, and supply chain teams to maintain a strong quality culture. Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits. About You Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a GMP-regulated environment (biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry). Deep expertise of aseptic filling, root cause investigations and report writing. Strong understanding of quality systems (deviations, CAPA, change control, risk management). Fluent in English (written and spoken). Available as soon as possible.
