Company Description

Miromico is an innovative high-tech company focused on IoT, wireless, and embedded system solutions. We develop customized electronics and software solutions from concept to series production.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality in the field of Sales / Technical Sales who enjoys successfully positioning technological innovations in the market.

Your Tasks

  • Independent management of customers from initial contact to contract conclusion
  • Supporting customers during the acquisition phase through technical consulting and concept development in collaboration with our engineering team
  • Preparation of offers including project budgeting
  • Maintenance and further development of the CRM system
  • Participation in national and international trade fairs and conferences
  • Support of pre-sales activities and lead qualification together with the MarCom team
  • Conducting market and competitor analyses
  • Continuous improvement of sales processes and tools

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, communications engineering, or a comparable field of study
  • Experience in technical sales or project business with direct customer contact
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, as well as experience working with CRM systems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish) are an advantage
  • Experience in wireless, IoT, or embedded hardware is beneficial
  • Initiative, teamwork, and a structured working style
