We are looking for a strategic and hands-on
Sales Manager
to lead the Swiss team, drive growth, and strengthen our market position in the
construction and building materials
sector.
Your Tasks
- Take full responsibility for the Swiss sales budget, ensuring smart growth and compliance
- Lead and develop a motivated team to foster performance and growth
- Drive revenue and margin through strategic pricing, market insights, and targeted initiatives
- Build partnerships, cultivate long-term relationships with key customers and support high-stakes negotiations
- Create demand by expanding our footprint through specification work and channel development in the construction industry
- Work closely with EMEA Sales & Marketing teams to shape offerings and launch new concepts
- Represent the brand at trade fairs and industry events, strengthening our market presence
- Drive innovation by contributing to cross-functional and international projects
Your Profile
- Preferably engineering degree with additional commercial orientation
- Proven leadership experience in technical B2B sales, ideally within insulation, building materials, or construction
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth and margin
- Skilled in leveraging CRM tools and data to drive sales performance and decision-making
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
- Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
- Willingness to travel across Switzerland
