About the Role
Lead expansion of 4 new sales channels in Switzerland, achieving new revenue by 2026 and building toward channel sales .
Responsibilities:
1、Channel Development
- Secure partnerships with key retailers including Swisscom, MediaMarkt, and Interdiscount
- Lead commercial negotiations and establish strategic relationships
2、Account Management
- Manage strategic partnerships and conduct regular business reviews
- Resolve channel conflicts and pricing issues

Sales Execution
- Manage end-to-end order fulfillment and payment cycles
- Monitor channel performance and adjust strategies proactively
4、
Market Insights
- Gather competitive and channel intelligence
- Collaborate with GTM on product mix and pricing strategies
Qualifications:
Required
:
- 3+ years sales experience in consumer electronics in Switzerland
- Established relationships with Swiss retail channels
- Fluent in English and German (French a plus)
- 5+ years B2B2C experience with new channel success
- Thrives under pressure and tight deadlines
Preferred
:
- Smart home/consumer electronics background
- Experience in market entry from zero
- Team management experience
- Familiarity with Digitec/Galaxus platforms
