• Support the Legal Team on day-to-day contract reviews, such as non-disclosure agreements, technology and data protection agreements, and on various internal and external projects.
• Provide direct support to the Company Secretary and Deputy Company Secretary on core corporate governance functions, e.g. coordinating executive signatures and notarizations and managing various corporate housekeeping tasks.
• Collaborate with On's IP Team on various topics, in particular with customs enforcement cases including document and database management, and verifying counterfeit products.
• Work with On's Labour Law Team on various employment topics through focused legal research, contributing to the development of internal training programs, and drafting standardized legal templates.
• Provide support for On's compliance programs, including On's third-party risk management process.
• Manage and maintain the Legal Team's knowledge and records by optimizing electronic files and supporting the full cycle of policy management—including design collaboration, internal communications, and intranet publication.

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus.
• High level of professionalism and discretion
