Role Description

The Supply Chain – Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of goods and materials from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and carriers to support end-to-end supply chain activities, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring on-time delivery of materials and products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment and demand planning.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to resolve shipment issues and optimize transportation routes.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory transactions.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, order accuracy, and transportation costs.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Liaise with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and relevant laws.
  • Assist with reporting and analysis of logistics and supply chain performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or related operations roles.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and inventory tracking tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with shipping, customs, and import/export regulations is an advantage.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
