Job Description

The Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the movement of goods, materials, and information throughout the supply chain. This position ensures efficient logistics operations, on-time delivery, and smooth coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and customers.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong communication and analytical skills. This role plays a key part in supporting supply chain efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction through accurate planning and coordination of logistics activities.

Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Manage inventory levels and monitor stock movements between suppliers, warehouses, and customers.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure efficient logistics operations.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Track shipments and resolve transportation or delivery issues promptly.
  • Support demand forecasting, procurement planning, and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and inventory transactions.
  • Analyze logistics performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade, customs, and safety regulations.
  • Assist in implementing supply chain optimization projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or operations management (internship experience acceptable).
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and inventory management principles.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), or logistics software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Knowledge of international shipping, customs, or import/export regulations is a plus.
