Für unseren Kunden im Finanzbereich suchen wir eine engagierte Fachperson mit hoher Serviceorientierung und technischem Verständnis zur Verstärkung des IT-Servicedesks.

Aufgaben:

  • Entgegennahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen im 1st-Level-Support
  • Unterstützung der Benutzer bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen (Windows, Microsoft 365, Netzwerk, Mobile Devices etc).
  • Weiterleitung komplexer Anfragen an den 2nd-Level-Support oder spezialisierte Teams
  • Erfassung und Dokumentation sämtlicher Tickets im ITSM-System
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch kompetente und freundliche Beratung
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten sowie bei der Optimierung interner IT-Supportprozesse

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung, idealerweise als Informatiker/in EFZ oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Servicedesk oder Helpdesk
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Umgebungen (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
  • Grundverständnis von Netzwerktechnologien und IT-Sicherheitsprinzipien
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbständige, lösungsorientierte und teamfähige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Serviceorientierung
