IT Service & Support Engineer vacancy for Switzerland-based company in the Insurance & Re-insurance sector Your tasks : As a part of IT service team you will actively participate in providing IT Support services across our globally operating office. You will provide teams support for home workers Provice loan equipment service Participate in stock management and repairs Take active participation in newjoiner onboarding Your experience / knowledge : Broad customer focus with a passion and drive for customer satisfaction and delivering business values Certificate ICT Supporter or similar Experience in application and network support, incident management, and IT asset management Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Mobile operating systems, along with M365 suite, Identity Management, and meeting / conference solutions Ability to work independently and responsibly, showcasing a strong work ethic Collaborative team spirit Proficiency in English and German with excellent communication skills Location : Switzerland, Switzerland Work setting : Onsite Sector : Insurance & Re-insurance Start : 12 / 2025 Duration : 4 months Workload : 100% Ref .Nr. : BH 23684 Take the next step and send us your resume along with a daytime phone number where we can reach you.
