IT Service & Support Engineer
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 4 Months (possibilities for extension)
Location: Zurich (100% onsite)
Workload: 100%
Key Responsibilities
- Walk-in IT support at QZ
- Teams support for home workers
- Loan equipment service
- Stock management
- Repairs
- New joiner onboarding
Essentials Skills and Qualifications
- Broad customer focus with a passion and drive for customer satisfaction and delivering business values
- Ability to work independently and responsibly, showcasing a strong work ethic but also to work collaboratively, sharing knowledge and insights within the team
- Proficiency in English and German with excellent communication skills
Desired skills and qualifications
- Certificate ICT Supporter or similar
- Experience in application and network support, incident management, and IT asset management
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Mobile operating systems, along with M365 suite, Identity Management, and meeting/conference solutions
