We're Hiring: Remote General Manager (Switzerland-Based)

Are you a visionary leader with a track record of driving business growth and operational excellence? We're seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our strategic initiatives, inspire teams, and deliver sustainable results — all while working remotely from Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals


• Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams across departments


• Oversee daily operations, budgeting, and resource allocation

• Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion


• Ensure compliance with regulations and uphold company values

What You Bring


• 7+ years of senior management experience in a relevant industry


• Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach


• Strong financial acumen and operational expertise


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with autonomy


• Fluent in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus


• Legally authorized to work remotely in Switzerland
