We are looking for a Marketing Manager - Industrial Digital Transformation to join Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions and drive our global innovation process, especially in the realm of digital transformation. Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions is our Product Center for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) — where 200 innovators collaborate in 12 agile squads, backed by over 200 IIoT patents and an ISO 27001-certified commitment to security — to deliver cutting-edge hardware, software, and cloud services that unlock the full potential of process-industry data.

As Marketing Manager - Industrial Digital Transformation, you'll be at the forefront of evaluating market trends, crafting strategies, and providing strategic guidance for digitalization of process plants with Ethernet-based technologies and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) initiatives. Join us in revolutionizing industrial processes and enhancing customer experiences through digital transformation.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
- Evaluate market trends of technologies and their industrial applications as a basis for strategic decisions.
- Translate market and technology evaluations into clear, actionable strategies and guidelines.
- Provide strategic consulting for digitalization and IIoT, focusing on customer requirements in process industries.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and actively participate in interdisciplinary project implementation through agile project work.
- Support sales activities and provide training as an expert on utilized systems and technologies.
- Represent Endress+Hauser in international standard development organizations and committees.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Hold a degree (university/FH), preferably in Marketing with a technical focus, e.g., Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in digital transformation in an industrial setting.
- Knowledge of Ethernet technologies, digitalization trends or IIoT in the process industry.
- Demonstrate high levels of communication and social skills, teamwork, and assertiveness.
- Are able to work autonomously and take initiative in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Are fluent in German and English.
- Have a willingness to travel internationally, approximately 20% of the time.
- Familiarity with agile methods and the workings and roles within a process organization.
