Job Summary

As a part-time Sales & Marketing Assistant for Terumo Interventional Systems Switzerland, you will contribute to the profitability of the Swiss TIS business by providing expert administrative support to the sales and marketing team. Your role is essential in maximizing team productivity through efficient time and resource management. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as you will work closely with the marketing organization to coordinate materials and data for congresses, and collaborate with the legal department for compliance-related documentation.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for the Swiss TIS team, including organizing internal meetings and team events.
  • Manage contract administration for fixed assets and consulting agreements in collaboration with the legal department.
  • Support marketing projects and marketing campaigns.
  • Organize and manage local congresses, exhibitions, meetings, and internal & external webinars, ensuring timely coordination of materials and data.
  • Prepare customer and market surveys, analyze data, and present outcomes.
  • Order promotional materials and create digital mailings.
  • Prepare product information and graphics in consultation with the marketing team.
  • Organize occasional business travel for team members and customers, including visa applications when required.
  • Manage local stock of brochures, demo kits, and samples; update e-brochures and catalogues.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing Managers on financial matters, including budget management and PO processing.
Profile Description
  • Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a related field
  • Practical knowledge and experience with medical devices is an asset
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Fluent in English with good proficiency in French and German
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a team
  • Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in close collaboration with marketing and legal teams
  • The candidate is looking for a part time position with a maximum of 50%.
