Project Manager Officer vacancy for our Zürich based client in the Financial sector
.
Your Tasks

  • Document Management including to organize and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports
  • Meeting Organization like to prepare, conduct, and follow up on project meetings, including agendas and minutes
  • Being responsible for communication support to ensure consistent information flow among stakeholders
  • Apply and ensure adherence to project management standards (e.g., Prince2) as well as create project status reports for steering committees and management
  • Manage project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence) and train project staff as well as support reviews, gate checks, and lessons learned session

Your Experience/knowledge

  • Proven track record as a PMO with 7+ years of experience in project planning, risk management and controlloing
  • 4+ years of expertise regarding agile methods like Scrum or SAFe focusing on planning and progress racking
  • Excellent ability to deliver stakeholder-oriented project reporting and communication at C-level
  • At least 4 years of work experience in applying project management methodologies like Prince2, PMI or IPMA Level B/C
  • Basic understanding of stock exchange operations, compliance and security requirements in this domain is nice to have
  • Language skills: German and English fluent, Spanish skills are beneficial
