Your tasks:

  • Record, qualify, and triage incoming tickets quickly and accurately to ensure efficient processing.
  • Independently and solution-oriented handle incidents within the 1st Level Incident Management framework.
  • Transfer complex issues to Systems Engineers while remaining a reliable point of contact.
  • Perform standard changes within the Service Desk & Onsite Support Team's responsibility.
  • Maintain user and computer accounts, access rights, and applications to ensure IT functionality.
  • Provide transparent updates to users regarding the status of their requests.

Your experience/knowledge:

  • Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience as a Supporter, Support Engineer, or Operations Engineer in 1st and 2nd Level support.
  • Broad IT knowledge, especially in the Microsoft environment.
  • Language skills: German (native), good English skills.

  • High resilience and flexibility.
  • Excellent self-organisation skills.
