Role Description

This is a volunteer on-site role for an IT Support technician located in Zurich. The IT Support technician will be responsible for providing technical support to staff, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining and setting up desktop computers, and managing information technology systems. Additionally, the technician will manage help desk support requests and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support skills
  • Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and on-site
  • Familiarity with common software and hardware issues
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • A degree or certification in Information Technology or a related field is advantageous
