Die Abteilungen der Corporate Services - Sales & Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources & Development, Quality & Sustainability, Engineering, Purchasing sowie Finance - sind übergreifend für alle Betriebe der Dolder Hotel AG verantwortlich. Sie bieten den operativen Bereichen professionellen Fachsupport, so dass gemeinsam eine hoch personalisierte Dienstleistung am Gast erreicht wird.

Ihre Aufgaben
Sie unterstützen die technischen und administrativen Abläufe im Bereich Engineering sowie bei abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten. Dabei übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Organisation, Dokumentation und administrativen Umsetzung verschiedener Aufgaben.

Kernaufgaben

  • Administrative Begleitung von Projekten in den Bereichen Haustechnik und IT
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Nachverfolgung von Projektaufgaben
  • Pflege von Projektdokumentationen, Protokollen und Terminplänen
  • Vorbereitung und Koordination von Meetings inkl. Protokollführung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Auswertungen und Berichten
  • Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung von Wartungsverträgen, Lieferantendaten und Dokumenten
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten wie Ablage, Korrespondenz und Datenpflege

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung in einer administrativen oder projektbezogenen Funktion
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organisationsstärke, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Zuverlässigkeit
  • Dienstleistungsorientiertes Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit
  • Affinität für technische Themen und Interesse an Hotellerie
