Working as an Account Manager

We are the leading cybersecurity provider. We offer our customers consulting, solutions and managed security services. Specifically, with our Managed Detection & Response and Threat Intelligence Services, we help our customers detect threats, identify risks and respond appropriately to incidents. Our Swiss sales team is now looking for further sales support for the Romandie region (mainly covering the cantons of Vaud, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, and Jura)

Key tasks:

  • Acquisition of new customers and presentation of our sophisticated solution and service portfolio
  • Active support of existing partnerships
  • Creation and negotiation of customer-specific solution offers
  • Preparation, coordination and coordination of sales activities with our technical teams
  • Establishment and further development of strategic partnerships
  • Participation in trade fairs, symposiums and customer events

What we expect of you

  • Successfully completed business or technical studies. Alternatively, a very successfully completed training course in the IT business area
  • Several years of professional experience as an account manager for direct sales of complex IT solutions in the B2B sector
  • Product knowledge in the area of IT security
  • The ability to inspire yourself and others
  • Negotiating strength and assertiveness
  • Enjoy networking
  • Proficient in French with professional English-language skills
