Nous recherchons pour un client grand compte basé en Suisse, dans la ville de Morges, un Business Development manager en CDI ( H / F).
**Poste**:
Prospection et acquisition de nouveaux clients
Soutien aux Key Account Managers dans le développement de l’offre « Skills Management »
Rédaction de réponses aux appels d’offre
Contribution à la stratégie d’acquisition (présentations, marketing,) et au développement de l’offre de la BU Skills Management
Compréhension des offres des autres Business Units afin de collaborer avec elles
**Déplacements professionnels**:
Des déplacements sont à prévoir pour ce poste dans toute la Suisse Romande (hors Genève)
Vaud, Valais, Jura, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, etc.
**Profil recherché**:
Expérience professionnelle confirmée dans des fonctions commerciales dans le placement de collaborateurs IT en Suisse romande (au moins 5 ans d’expérience en : cabinet de placement, société de services, cabinet de conseil) avec un réseau déjà établi.
Excellentes capacités d’écoute, de compréhension d’un besoin, très bonnes capacités relationnelles
Faculté d’adaptation, pugnacité
Français courant et bonne maîtrise de l’Anglais ( B2 + )
Permis de conduire indispensable
Type d'emploi : 100%, CDI
Salaire : à partir de CHF76 200,82 par an
Programmation:
- Du Lundi au Vendredi
- Période de travail de 10 heures
- Travail en journée
Formation:
- Baccalauréat universitaire (Optionnel)
Expérience:
- Management: 5 ans (Optionnel)
