Senior Key Account Manager ICT

Ton rôle

En tant que Senior Key Account Manager, tu joueras un rôle central dans le développement commercial de notre entreprise.

Ta mission

  • Définir et piloter la stratégie commerciale sur ton périmètre
  • Assurer le suivi et le développement des comptes stratégiques de l'entreprise
  • Identifier les besoins des clients et construire une réponse adaptée à travers notre offre ICT & ERP
  • Conseiller et accompagner tes clients dans leurs choix stratégiques
  • Préparer les offres commerciales et répondre aux appels d'offres
  • Coordonner les échanges entre les clients et les équipes internes/externes
  • Assurer le suivi de ton portefeuille via nos outils CRM et de planification
  • Collaborer étroitement avec nos partenaires clés pour proposer des solutions complètes

Ton profil

  • Diplôme universitaire ou HES en ICT, en gestion ou domaine équivalent
  • Minimum 7 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, avec un focus B2B
  • Expérience confirmée dans le développement et le suivi de comptes stratégiques, notamment dans le secteur public en Suisse romande
  • Très bonne compréhension des environnements ICT
  • Bonne connaissance des processus d'entreprise
  • Capacité à vulgariser des sujets techniques avec clarté
  • Bonne gestion du stress et aptitude à travailler efficacement en équipe (vente et delivery)
  • Un sens aigu de la relation client et de la négociation
  • Une approche proactive et orientée résultats
  • Une capacité à fédérer et à coordonner les parties prenantes
  • L'envie de grandir avec une entreprise agile et innovante
  • À l'aise à l'écrit comme à l'oral en français ; anglais courant requis
