About the Role

We are looking for reinforcement for our Customer Care Team based in Vienna. In this role, you will be part of our commercial organization, which is responsible for the sale of our Apollo Tyres and Vredestein tyres and acts as a link between the sales force, customers, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Sales with Drive:
    You actively sell our car, truck, and agricultural tires by phone – inbound and outbound
  • Consulting with added value:
    You support our customers with your knowledge and always find the best solution
  • Order Management:
    You take care of smooth order processing – from order to delivery
  • Campaigns & Promotions:
    You plan and manage sales and mailing campaigns to increase our reach
  • Existing customer support:
    You maintain long-term relationships and ensure satisfied customers
  • Processes at a glance
    : You will create statistics and analyses and monitor orders and backlogs to ensure that everything runs smoothly
  • Teamwork:
    You support our account managers in the field and contribute to our mutual success

Your Profile:

  • You have completed an apprenticeship with several years of experience in the commercial sector
  • You have very good written and spoken German, French and English skills, Italian is an advantage
  • You are a strong communicator and know how to inspire customers with your sales talent
  • The customer is your focus; you have a high degree of service orientation, and an affinity for the automotive industry would be desirable
  • You have confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Good understanding of (IT) processes and the ability to support process improvements
