Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig Als Customer Care Specialist bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kundschaft – kompetent, empathisch und lösungsorientiert. Mit deiner Begeisterung für unsere Produkte und deiner Erfahrung im Online-Shopping sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Kundschaft stets ein positives Erlebnis haben – von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Retourenabwicklung. Das erwartet dich im Arbeitsalltag: Betreuung unserer Kundschaft über verschiedene Kanäle (E-Mail, Telefon, Online-Chat) – von einfachen Fragen bis zu komplexeren Anliegen Bearbeitung von Retouren und Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Abwicklung Unterstützung bei Konflikt- und Betrugsfällen mit kühlem Kopf und klarer Kommunikation Aufbau von fundiertem Produktwissen, das du gezielt zur Beratung einsetzt Enge Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Team, um alle Customer Touchpoints bestmöglich zu betreuen, Zusammenarbeit mit teamübergreifenden Abteilungen Dein Ziel: Kundenerwartungen nicht nur erfüllen, sondern übertreffen – und damit unsere Marke Apfelkiste stärken Das bringst du mit: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und sicheres Auftreten Deutsch als Muttersprache, gute Englischkenntnisse; Französisch von Vorteil Begeisterung für unsere Produkte und starkes Interesse an neuen Technologien Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität Unternehmerisches Denken, Einsatzfreude und Teamspirit Sicherer Umgang mit PC und gängigen MS-Office-Programmen Mellingen, Aargau, Switzerland (1 week ago) #J-18808-Ljbffr
