As the leader of the UPS team in Switzerland, you will be in charge of continuing the rapid business growth bringing innovative solutions to the market. You will focus on offering a top-notch service for our customers taking reliable care of our extensive installed base.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leads the local Swiss Market organization including the sales, project execution, engineering, and field service departments with P&L responsibility
- Implements the business strategy in the country and sets customer and market driven strategic direction for driving for profitable growth of the UPS business
- Responsible for achieving the financial and operational targets as established together with the Global Product Group and local Swiss Management
- Ensures continuous analysis of trends in the market and customer dynamics and identifies opportunities for growth
- Strongly collaborates with the UPS feeder factory (located in Switzerland) and the overall Swiss Electrification market organization
- Builds an effective, competent, and high performing organization
- Drives for continuous process improvements and adoption of digital solutions
- Creates strong relations with key customers and partners in market

**Your background**:

- Engineering degree (minimum bachelor), electrical engineering preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in directly leading sizeable teams/ organizations
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss Electrification market, ideally with experience with UPS
- Outstanding leadership skills with strong result focus
- Strong customer focus and proven sales and service or project execution experience
- Fluency in German and English mandatory, good French skills strongly preferred
