**What you will do**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Follow-up on national hydrogen strategies and provide an overview to inform the hydrogen unit
- Analyze hydrogen-specific topics and create thematic deep dives to derive valuable insights for further business development
- Prepare information material outlining Axpo's strategy and activities in the field of hydrogen
- Launch strategic initiatives to foster the positioning of Axpo Hydrogen Team
- Coordinate with other functions within Axpo Group with regard to hydrogen activities (Hydro & Biomass, CKW, Urbasolar, communications, etc.)

**What you bring & who you are**:

- You have an academic degree in Economics, Engineering or similar
- You have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- You have strong analytical skills and like to connect to stakeholders
- You speak fluently English and German, French or Italian are a plus

**About the team**:
Our team has the goal to identify and realise initiatives that will make hydrogen an integral part of Axpo's future business. It comprises people who cover activities from developing project ideas to operation of plants. You will be located in Switzerland, but you will have frequent contacts with colleagues in various subsidiaries throughout Europe. We favour direct and fast contacts with one another and avoid unnecessary bureaucracy. Likewise, our way to work relies heavily on individual initiatives based on knowledge, a good sense of business and the willingness to explore.
