Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated professional ready to take responsibility and contribute to innovative financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a range of clients, primarily start-ups (national and international).
  • Handle financial accounting, accounts receivable/payable, and payment processing.
  • Prepare VAT returns and annual financial statements.
  • Oversee payroll, social security, and personnel administration.
  • Manage tax returns for individuals and legal entities.
  • Optionally assume a
    Team Lead
    role with advanced fiduciary training (Federal Diploma or equivalent).
  • Conduct audits according to OR standards and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Profile

  • Commercial education background with advanced training in finance or fiduciary services (or currently pursuing).
  • Proven experience in the fiduciary or accounting sector.
  • Strong analytical and numerical aptitude.
  • Independent, precise, and resilient work style.
  • Language skills: Fluent German (C2) and very good English (B2/C1).
