Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated professional ready to take responsibility and contribute to innovative financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a range of clients, primarily start-ups (national and international).
- Handle financial accounting, accounts receivable/payable, and payment processing.
- Prepare VAT returns and annual financial statements.
- Oversee payroll, social security, and personnel administration.
- Manage tax returns for individuals and legal entities.
- Optionally assume a
Team Lead
role with advanced fiduciary training (Federal Diploma or equivalent). - Conduct audits according to OR standards and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Profile
- Commercial education background with advanced training in finance or fiduciary services (or currently pursuing).
- Proven experience in the fiduciary or accounting sector.
- Strong analytical and numerical aptitude.
- Independent, precise, and resilient work style.
- Language skills: Fluent German (C2) and very good English (B2/C1).
