Our client GC International AG, a global and dynamic Japanese corporation based in Lucerne, has developed into one of the most prominent companies in the development, production and distribution of a very wide range of dental products. Famed for its pioneering work, it has successfully embraced innovation, quality, and service for over 100 years now. To take on responsibility for the group consolidation at the headquarters in Lucerne, we are seeking an experienced professional for the position of Head of Group Consolidation & Reporting (m/w/d) Responsibilities - Lead the group consolidation process, ensure timely monthly reporting, manage budgeting, and support the CFO in strategic group projects. - Analyze financial transactions, ensure compliance with accounting policies, develop reporting processes, and drive finance-related initiatives across the organization. - Manage a team of two employees. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or accounting, and/or the Federal Diplomas of Higher Education as Chartered Specialist / Expert in Accounting and Financial Management. - At least five years of experience leading group consolidation activities, preferably in a managerial or head role. - Ideally, background in international consumer goods or medical technology, and experience with SAP and Cognos. - Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet deadlines under pressure. Strong communication skills are essential to develop and maintain an international network. - Fluent business English; German is an advantage.
