•Als Scrum Master (SM) agierst du als leidenschaftlicher Servant Leader und Agile Coach für das Team.


•Deine Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, die Prozesse und Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie im ganzen Agile Release Train (SAFe) weiterzuentwickeln und abzustimmen.


•Du arbeitest eng und aktiv mit dem Product Owner (PO) des Teams, den restlichen Teams im ART, der Linienorganisation und weiteren Stakeholders zusammen. Risiken, Hindernisse und Herausforderungen des Teams adressierst, minderst, verfolgst oder eskalierst Du situationsgerecht.


•In deiner Rolle als Change Agent unterstützt du die Transformation im Team und innerhalb der Organisation, du gibst Impulse für die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse und förderst so die Akzeptanz agiler Arbeitsmethoden. Scrum Master für eines unserer Teams für unser neues CRMI System (BSI - SESAM) für unsere Vertriebsmitarbeitenden.
