Senior Project Manager (Remote – Switzerland Based Only)

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager
to oversee strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects. This is a
remote role
with strong collaboration across international teams and stakeholders.


Only candidates currently living in Switzerland (Swiss citizens or valid residence/work permit holders) will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple functions
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and KPIs
  • Manage stakeholder communication and provide progress reporting
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Coach and mentor junior project managers or coordinators
  • Ensure projects align with strategic objectives and compliance requirements


Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields
  • 5+ years of proven experience in project management (consulting or corporate)
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, PRINCE2)
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English (German/French is a strong plus)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
