Deine Aufgaben:

  • Kurzfristige Disposition: Koordination von dringenden Service-Einsätzen für medizintechnische Systeme sowie Management interner und externer Service-Anfragen
  • Langfristige Planung: Unterstützung der Ressourcenplanung für Wartungen, Modifikationen und Installationen; Mitwirkung bei der Absenzen-, Ferien- und Pikettplanung der Service Techniker
  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Fungiert als wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen Kunde, Customer Service und Sales
  • Prozesssteuerung: Optimaler Einsatz von CRM und anderen Tools zur Steuerung der Serviceleistungen; ständige Optimierung der Prozesse und aktive Mitarbeit an Projekten
  • Kapazitätsmanagement: Monitoring und Mitgestaltung zur Vermeidung von Personal- sowie fachlichen Engpässen
  • Kundenfokus: Handelt kundenorientiert und hält die Geschäftsbeziehungen aufrecht

Dein Profil:

  • Idealerweise eine kaufmännische oder technische Grundbildung
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Einsatzplanung im technischen oder medizintechnischen Umfeld
  • Hohe Organisationsfähigkeit, Stressresistenz und Priorisierungskompetenz
  • Versierter Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und MS Office oder gSuite
  • Starke Datenaffinität und hohe Qualitätsorientierung
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Souveränität, auch in stressigen Situationen
  • Starkes Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (fliessend) und gute Englischkenntnisse idealerweise gute Kenntnisse in Französisch oder Italienisch
