**Job Description**:
**Summary of Position**:
The purpose of this role is to help and support the operations of our EMEA logistics team across all channels. The focus of the role is to ensure that all returns from all channels are processed in accordance with our SOP’s as well as within the KPI’s agreed with the warehouses. In addition to the oversight of all return activities, the logistics coordinator will work on the “Error log” that keeps track of all complaints for wholesale customers and retail replenishments.

The Logistics Coordinator Returns is in regular contact with the warehouses and also work very closely with the commercial, finance and sales & operations teams.

The Logistics Coordinator Returns will deputize the Logistics Coordinator Inbound and DTC coordinator.

**What You'll Do**:

- Wholesale returns:

- Overview of all ongoing returns: follow up on collections, liaise cross functionally to ensure all approvals are received and explain any discrepancies
- Help warehouses in solving any problems on receiving: QA questions and discrepancies
- Provide forecast on returns for the season and monthly
- Retail RTVs:

- Ensure that the returns are processed as fast as possible to ensure that the inventory is then available for other channels
- Investigate and explain discrepancies
- Help the warehouses in solving any problems on receiving
- Ecommerce returns activities:

- Support logistics operations in charge of DTC and the commercial team
- Support warehouse with any communication problems between transportation provider and the warehouse
- Additional responsibilities:

- Ensure that the returns SOPs and QA are updated and followed by the warehouse and returns are received in accordance with the KPIs
- Update the status of all RMAEs in a tracker and provide weekly update (more in high season) of all wholesale returns in cross functional meetings with finance, commercial and sales operations. Update provided via a report
- Reduce the number of days for standard wholesale returns
- Work with warehouses to manage workload and prioritization based on customers’ KPIs and type of inventory. Ensure that warehouses have appropriate staffing and working hours
- Help sales operations and commercial teams to explain return processes to retailers. Provide feedback to all stores to ensure that RTV’s are done according to our processes
- Main point of contact to work on customers inquiries for all return related questions such as overages, shortages, and problems with deliveries
- Update the Error-log and provide logistics updates, close cases when needed and provide feedback to finance, sales and sales operations
- Ensure SOX compliance: processes and documentation
- Close cooperation with internal stakeholders and partners such as sales, sales operations, and finance to best support the financial growth of the business across all channels.
- Create a service mentality based on logistics and export expertise and thrive for operational excellence.

- 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain
- Wholesale, Retail, or ecommerce experience is a plus
- Language: English and any other European language
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactivity and flexibility
- Team player - ability to work and grow in a diverse and multi-cultural team

- Able to keep up with heavy workload and high level of pressure
- Doer: ability to make things happen fast
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of ERP systems and WMS systems including troubleshooting is a plus

- Possess strong analytical troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects, and process multiple tasks as required
