Position Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will develop hiring strategies that consider workforce planning, succession, skills-based hiring, and market insights to attract top talent. In this role you will partner with hiring managers, leverage sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience across our Global Procurement hubs in Panama, Kuala Lumpur & Switzerland.

A Day in the Life of a Talent Acquisition Partner
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including, candidate attraction and selection, interviewing & assessment, and offer management
- Execute sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for critical roles, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HRBPs, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience
- Collaborate in the development of Talent Acquisition strategies and actively participate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
- Work seamlessly across functions and time zones to deliver an exceptional Talent Acquisition experience
What will make you successful
- Proven experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition with exposure to strategic hiring practices
- Strong capabilities in active sourcing, pipeline building, and conducting thorough market research
- Ability to work effectively across cultures and manage relationships with stakeholders across different time zones
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication, and facilitation skills, with a focus on active listening and team collaboration
- Curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
