Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - Experience in recruitment marketing, employer brand or a related field. - Experience in project or program management; working cross-functionally across a globally distributed organization. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in brand marketing, with an understanding of insight development, evaluation and expertise in crafting strategy, narratives, storytelling frameworks, and internal user campaigns. - A global mindset, and ability to operate across disciplines, industries, cultures and scenarios, and to influence at multiple levels of an organization - Thorough understanding of Google’s products, mission and brand voice - Experience with social media monitoring tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort with copywriting and working in a fast-paced environment. **About the job**: As a Talent and Employment Brand Program Manager, you'll drive how we share the magic of working at Google. You will leverage your program management skills and in-depth understanding of Google’s culture and the competitive hiring landscape to set the strategy for Google’s employment branding efforts. You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices. **Responsibilities**: - Work with global and localized teams to build employment branding strategies customized for local audiences and key communities, and strengthen Google's position as an employer of choice across the EMEA region. - Lead innovation in inbound marketing techniques for online and recruitment channels. - Produce deliverables for Google’s internal brand toolkit: including content strategies, print collateral, trainings, etc. - Partner with a cross-functional team to develop compelling stories that bring the magic of working at Google to life in a way that is authentic. - Establish clear campaign metrics, track results, share return-on-investment and gather feedback often.
