Als lokales Customer-Service-Team kümmern wir uns um alle Belange unserer Kundschaft der verschiedenen Marken in den beiden Ländern Schweiz und Österreich. Neugierig? Dann bewirb dich als

CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR 100% (M/W/D)

ab sofort, befristet bis mit Option auf Verlängerung)

Was dich erwartet:

  • Tägliche Kontrolle und Erfassung neuer Bestellungen via E-Mail
  • Termingerechte Integration von Promotionen
  • Bearbeitung von eintreffenden Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen
  • Retourenmanagement sowie die Erstellung von Gutschriften
  • Koordination des logistischen Warenflusses sowie der lückenlosen Kommunikation mit den Zentrallagern in Frankreich und Italien
  • Avisierung der Bestellungen an Grosskunden
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung und Rechnungsstellung an DPD
  • Mitarbeit an spezifischen Projekten (nach Absprache)

Was dich auszeichnet:

  • 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im administrativen Umfeld
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Französisch Kenntnisse, Italienisch wünschenswert
  • Versierte, professionelle Nutzung von MS Office, SAP von Vorteil
  • Kundenorientiertes und vernetztes Denkvermögen
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Termingerechte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit sowie Flexibilität in Stress- und unvorhersehbaren Situationen
