Als Customer Service Representative
bei Office LAB sorgst du für eine lebendige und vernetzte Community am Standort. Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Kunden und Gäste, organisierst Events und schaffst eine angenehme Atmosphäre, in der sich alle wohlfühlen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erste Ansprechperson für Kunden und Gäste am Empfang
  • Unterstützung bei der Vernetzung der Co-Worker
  • Unterstützung bei Planung, Organisation und Durchführung standortspezifischer Events
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister (Reinigung, Hausmeister, Wartungsfirmen etc.)
  • Technische Unterstützung bei WLAN, Druckern und Zugangsdaten
  • Begleitung des On- und Offboarding-Prozesses neuer Kunden
  • Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Steuerung standortspezifischer digitaler Plattformen und Tools
  • Telefondienst für verschiedene Standorte
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in Community Management, Kundenservice oder Teamassistenz
  • Organisationsstark mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung und Gastgebermentalität
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Grundlegendes IT- und Technikverständnis
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
  • Gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten
