Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative with experience in the medical device industry, who will act as the bridge between our company and customers in the LATAM, Middle East and Asia. This role involves a combination of customer relationship management, sales coordination, and market intelligence. The ideal candidate is proactive, multilingual, and passionate about improving patient care through innovative medical solutions.

You will be responsible for:

Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Act as the first point of contact for existing customers across LATAM, Middle East and Asia regions.
  • Promote and develop sales across the full product portfolio.
  • Address product inquiries, support issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Achieve or exceed regional revenue targets through account expansion.

Sales Coordination & Internal Liaison

  • Coordinate with internal departments (supply chain, marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.
  • Align sales activities with supply chain availability to enhance delivery efficiency.

Market Expansion & Lead Generation

  • Proactively identify new customers and distributors, especially targeting competitor dealers.
  • Send targeted demand emails and initiate conversations to create new leads.
  • Attend and represent the company at regional conferences, congresses, and industry events.
  • Analyze current market presence and identify growth opportunities and gaps.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer feedback, demand trends, and market gaps.
  • Use MS tools and analytics to present actionable insights to the sales and marketing leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine go-to-market strategies based on field intelligence.
