We are a fast-growing international firm managing complex, cross-border projects in finance, technology, and operations. We are now hiring
Project Coordinator / Project Manager Interns
to support our remote team in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.


This opportunity is available exclusively to candidates residing in Switzerland
(Swiss citizens or legal residents).
Applicants outside of Switzerland will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, documentation, and timeline tracking
  • Coordinate communication across teams and stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, and status updates
  • Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and escalate delays
  • Assist senior managers in day-to-day project execution


Ideal Candidate

  • Background in Business, Management, Operations, or related fields
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a virtual team
  • Fluent in English (German/French is a plus)
  • Familiar with tools like Notion, Trello, Asana, Excel, Zoom, etc.
