Job DescriptionLocation: ZurichStart date: February 2, 2026End date: July 31, 2026Quota: 110 daysSkill level: Senior (>7 years of experience)Job DescriptionAdministrative tasks:Document management, including project documents, minutes, and status reports.Planning, conducting, and following up on meetings (agenda, presentations, minutes).Ensuring a consistent flow of information to stakeholders.Methodology & tool-based tasksApplication of project management standards (Prince2 / PMI / IPMA Level B/C).Support for project methodology: reviews, gate checks, lessons learned.Tool support: MS Project, Jira, Confluence; training of project staff.Experience with agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) for planning & progress tracking.Reporting & GovernancePreparation of project status reports for management and steering committees.Maintenance of KPIs, dashboards, milestone trend analysis, and traffic light indicators.Preparation of decision templates at C-level.Interface & Stakeholder ManagementCoordination with other projects/PMOs regarding dependencies, resources, deliverables.Identification and coordination of relevant stakeholders.Assertive and diplomatic expectation and communication management.Required KnowledgeProfessional experienceProject planning, risk management & controlling: >7 yearsSenior PMO experience: >7 yearsAgile methods (Scrum, SAFe): 4–6 yearsC-level reporting & communication: 4–6 yearsPM standards (Prince2 / PMI / IPMA B/C): 4–6 yearsBusiness skillsBasic understanding of stock exchange/trading venue processes (nice to have)Basic understanding of compliance & security (nice to have)Social skillsStrong communication skills: >6 yearsAssertiveness & diplomacy: 3–6 yearsStructured approach to work: 3–6 yearsHigh attention to detail: 3–6 yearsLanguagesEnglish spoken/written: very goodSpanish: plus
