What You'll Do

  • Lead the onboarding of key applications into the ROC Core landscape
  • Define capacity needs and coordinate the setup of new test environments
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocations
  • Act as the central point of contact for IT teams (RTEs, Application Owners, DBAs, MQ/Streaming experts, AWA Automation)
  • Facilitate workshops and ensure smooth collaboration across stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely and quality delivery
  • Communicate progress and plans to sponsors, teams, and customers

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience
    delivering complex IT application projects on time and within budget
  • Strong technical background
    in IT Application Management (OS, deployment pipelines, integration, monitoring)
  • Excellent project management
    and coordination skills
  • Higher education
    in Computer Science or equivalent (University or Applied Sciences)
  • Fluent in German and English
    (written and spoken)
