As a Project Manager, youll coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage schedules, budgets, and contracts, and ensure seamless communication among stakeholders. This position offers both on-site and flexible working arrangements.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years of managing complex construction projects, ideally in hospitality or retail sectors.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of project management tools, contract negotiation, and risk management.
  • Languages: Fluency in German and English; Swiss German is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure project alignment with client objectives.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to travel to project sites, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
