Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the replacement of an old pricing process tool with a new, innovative re-pricing tool, ensuring business-driven design and stakeholder needs are met.
  • Convert business needs into actionable functional and technical requirements to guide the development team.
  • Own testing and validation to ensure delivery meets expectations and generates value.
  • Assess data for feature development, evaluate business processes, and deliver insights to support decision-making.
  • Drive alignment with senior management and stakeholders through clear communication and presentations.
  • Serve as Agile Project Lead / Product Owner, facilitating team efficiency and delivery of incremental value.
  • Manage business and technical teams on-site and remotely, ensuring collaboration and shared ownership.
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure seamless communication and understanding.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of professional experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Management Consulting with strong expertise in financial services pricing, tool development, and project implementation.
  • Technical proficiency with core banking systems (including HOST/T24) and in-depth pricing knowledge in banking.
  • Demonstrated interest in product design and digital delivery.
  • Strong ability to work across technical and business functions.
  • Track record of hands-on project ownership, content creation, and problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical mindset and technical curiosity.
  • Fluent in English and German.
