Key Responsibilities

  • Pricing Tool Design & Development: Support the replacement of an old pricing process tool with a new cutting-edge re-pricing tool, ensuring the new tool is innovative, business-driven and covering stakeholder needs.
  • Requirement Engineering: Support converting business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements that guide the development team toward impactful solutions.
  • Solution Quality Assurance: Support the functional testing and validation to ensure the tool delivers against business expectations and creates measurable value.
  • Data Analytics & Insights: Provide data analysis to assess specification decision making.
  • Strategic Communication & Planning: Support senior management presentations and materials to sign off on final specifications.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in banking, financial services, or management consulting, with a focus on financial services pricing, tool development and processes, or transformation and implementation projects
  • Technical skills: Good understanding of different core banking systems including experience with HOST/T24
  • Knowledge of pricing in the banking sector
  • Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail, with a strong focus on ensuring accuracy and precision in documentation, business requirements, technical specifications, and testing
  • Fluent in English and German.
